Q: How did Peyton Manning win the Super Bowl?

A successful riding season begins with determining your goals for the season and identifying those events or races that are of the highest priority and those that are of lesser importance. Once this is determined you can begin working on an annual training plan.

FYI- the club is bringing back the progressive ride series for anyone who is looking to increase their fitness for a late season longer distance event (ERRACE, D2R2, Tour of the Litchfield Hills, Great River Ride to name a few). So stay tuned for monthly rides starting soon that will increase in distance and difficulty throughout the spring and summer season).

Of course there's more to training towards a ride goal than turning pedals. Proper gear, nutrition, hydration.....all good topics for discussion. Wouldn't you say so Monica?

And which one of those guys was Payton Manning? They all look alike to me 😀

You might have missed the story about Peyton Manning having HGH delivered to his home this past year, so that may have something to do with his success (although he claims it was for his wife).
