Volvo - Saving Cyclist's Lives - LIFE PAINT

This was on BikeRumor.com the other day, and it is apparently a joint venture between Volvo and another company, whose products are already available in the US:
Not sure how,or if, Volvo is modifying the product, or if this this is just a marketing JV. In any event, it looks really interesting.
The Light Metallic is the product to use on a bicycle.
This could be fun on Halloween.
