I know we are all tired of the Stravassholes, but the networking aspect is pretty helpful, especially for those of us who explore off the beaten path. I stumbled across this extension for the Google Chrome browser, which adds a bunch of enhancements to Strava:

One of the features it adds is FlyBy, which will identify other Strava users who you cross paths with on your ride, and display their route as well. Check this out from one of my rides. Just check the boxes on the other riders listed on the left side of the page, and then hit the "Play" button:
