We’re booked from 8-3 through 8/31. June and September are the best months for cycling and the rent is less.

Cottage is 3 BR, 1 bath, outdoor shower, deck and off-street parking.

Rate is $1500-2000 for the week, plus $150 cleaning fee and State of MA renters tax (new tax, so, amount to be confirmed, and will not be more than 7% of rental fee (tax is paid to State of MA).

We provide beach chairs/umbrella. Linens/towels can be provided - subject to laundry fee of $100.00.
