For Sale: 56 cm frame with S&S couplings + travel case
56 cm Serotta Colorado frame with S&S couplings with new Ritchey Carbon fork and Chris King headset. Frame has a lot of cosmetic wear but is STEEL and has many, many good years of use left.
Includes complete travel case with compression inserts and cargo nets. Case has been used once (RT) to Europe. Has wheels and pull handle. The case is $445 new.
And as a bonus, I will throw in the better part of a SRAM Rival grouppo, used 2 seasons. I think I'm missing the front deraileur but everything else is there, including bars.
The bottom line: with a set of wheels, cables, chain, cassette, and maybe a few other odds and ends, you have a complete travel bike that escapes oversize luggage fees. Asking $500 for everything (including the SRAM components).
