Picking a team and winning a Tour de France fantasy league is about as easy as herding cats. But it's fun to try. I've played in a Velogames mini-league the last few years so I thought I'd set up an EBCC league to see if anyone wanted to join in. It's easy to play:

Go to velogames.com and set up a free account and pick your team. You have 100 points to spend so you have to choose carefully. (Nice try but you can't afford both Froome and Porte.) After you have chosen your team click "Join a League" and enter the league code above. FYI you can change riders up until the entry deadline of 3:00 PM CET on July 1st. You also can't "see" anyone else's team until the race starts.

The scoring system and other rules are on the website. You can't add/change riders after the deadline, nor can you replace riders that abandon the Tour. Trust me, doing well is as much luck as it is skill. Picking the eventual overall winner doesn't guarantee you'll win even your mini-league nor does having the rider who wins a bunch of sprint stages.
