EBCC Club Clothing Order - Tick, Tock Tick, Tock!!!
The deadline for ordering our newly designed EBCC club clothing is fast approaching. There is less than one week left to place your order! The EBCC/Voler Store ( http://www.voler.com/custom/ordering/li/8194 ) will close at midnight 3/2. So please accept this gentle reminder that all orders need to be placed before the deadline! We are not presently planning any additional orders! Don’t let this opportunity slip away!
Presently, orders have been placed for 35 jerseys/vests, so we have met the minimum order of 15 pieces and are well on the way to meeting our target of 50+ pieces. So far, 12 pairs of shorts/bibs/knickers have been ordered so we have NOT yet met the minimum order of 15 pieces in this category. Also, only 5 items have been ordered in the accessory category (arm warmers, shoe covers, caps, etc.); again 15 pieces need to be ordered to meets Voler's minimum.
Was in Benidorm yesterday and Pete mentioned that they would be happy to look up anyone's past Benidorm/Voler order if someone needed to verify the size or style (i.e. club/race fit, etc. ) before ordering the new EBCC stuff. So, if you can't read the tag on that old shirt/short, give them a call.

So did we make the minimums on shorts and accessories?
The short answer is yes and no! The final numbers for our order are 72 jerseys/vests, 27 shorts/bibs and 10 accessories. So, we met both the minimum numbers and our targets (for the volume pricing) for the jerseys and shorts. AND, Voler has told us that they will produce the accessories we ordered even though we did not meet the minimum order number. Bottom line: All's well!

The scheduled shipping date is April 24th. The clothing will be coming from California so - I'm guessing - it will probably take about 5 days to get here. We'll arrange a distribution plan closer to the time it's scheduled to arrive. Something will be posted here, at the very least. We'll see about directly emailing everyone who's placed an order with details.
All, we have successfully made our deadline to finish working with Voler on the jersey design. below is a link to the final proofs. we are on track for a 4/24 ship date and we should have the gear by the end of the month.. stay tuned to this forum thread for more information on the distribution plan. I received a test print of the jersey yesterday and it came together really nice. Oh, while our Voler designer was reviewing the sample off the press she told me she received quite a few compliments from the other designers. The stitching on the Jersey will be white, the stitching on the shorts is black, and any items that have zippers will be colored white.
They look great - nice job.
Now, the new kit will make me faster, right? Or at least will the cap make me look more "Euro" in the coffee shop?

I haven't been able to make a club ride for a while due to work. I stopped by the sale this weekend and I think I missed you by a few minutes. Where can we pickup the clothing?
