Eastern Bloc Cycling Club

Calling all volunteers! Our Spring Dinner Kick Off event on Sunday, March 15th. will be held at the Berkshire Hall, Brodie Park in New Hartford. We will need some some assistance with the set-up, serving and clean-up at the hall.

If you could lend us a hand on the day of the event, we would be most appreciative. We will need some help setting up tables and chairs before hand (at about 3:30), a few folks to help laying out the food for the buffet and then some willing hands to clean up and put the hall back in order at the conclusion.

The invitation has been sent to all our members and we’ve had a great response so far. So we’re looking at an enjoyable afternoon/evening.
