This is our final ride of the season! I hope everyone enjoyed the rides & routes and I look forward to next year. it's an out & back route, 25 mi 1700ft of gradual climb.

Key Roads: Hedgehog, Old Farms, Firetown, Simsbury rd, RT-20 all the way into East Hartland to the church, and return the same way.

General Ride Information:

• Location: Farms Village Plaza (Shops Across from Tulmeadow Farms & Post Office)
• Address: 244 Farms Village Rd, West Simsbury, CT 06092
• Parking: In the REAR lot behind the builds
• Start time: 5:30pm sharp
• Distance: 18-40 miles (varies by month and amount of daylight)
• Ride Leaders: Christian Torrillo, Steve Savino, Chris Patron

This is a "B" ride (generally averaging 15-18 mph) - Route varies weekly, exploring areas west, north, and east of Simsbury. Rides are generally hilly given our part of the state. Regroups always occur at key points, certainly at the tops of climbs. This Ride's is considered "Progressive" where each week the distance, speed and climb increase as riders improve and we chase the sunset for maximum ride time.

I am sorry to say that I will not be at this final Tuesday ride (September 13th) as I will be cheering on our Canton High School soccer team at their season opener at CHS! I have enjoyed riding with you all this spring and summer! Thanks to the challenges, and great rides! I will see you at other rides! Come to one of the Sunday 8:30AM rides from Benidorm Bikes...and if there is not soccer, I will see you! Otherwise, stay in touch and see you on the roads, dirt roads, cyclocross courses, mountain bike trails or even the bike path! Have a safe ride! Jan
