All, we have a nice ride this week. 31mi 2300ft vertical, we climb Case St and then it's rollers mostly around East Hartland. We Descent beautiful Lost Acres and make our way back via Day st. a little twist from our normal return; instead of Firetown/old Farms, we go Simsbury Road to Barn-door then take Laurel lane back for a chance of scenery.

This is a "B" ride (generally averaging 15-18 mph) - Route varies weekly, exploring areas west, north, and east of Simsbury. Rides are generally hilly given our part of the state. Regroups always occur at key points, certainly at the tops of climbs. This Ride's is considered "Progressive" where each week the distance, speed and climb increase as riders improve and we chase the sunset for maximum ride time.
