This is a "B" ride (generally averaging 15-18 mph) - Route varies weekly, exploring areas west, north, and east of Simsbury. Rides generally alternate between hilly & flat. Regroups always occur at key points, certainly at the tops of climbs. This Ride's is considered "Progressive" where each week the speed and climb increase as riders improve and we chase the sunset for maximum ride time during daylight.
Ride looking good! Weather shaping up with only 0-15% chance of light rain during the ride - I will post confirmation around 4:30pm that we are a go. (Fingers Crossed)
I'm going to say it's on. staying at low 15% chance at start, 0% for most of the ride... I am going to guess that we actually get a light rain on us around 5:30pm.... if that holds true maybe we wait it out in the car for a few minutes to let it pass, but prior to 6 we should be good to leave.
