Tuesday (11/24) Off-Road Night Ride (CP) - Simsbury

Time: 6:30pm

Location: Commuter lot at the intersection of Wilcox Street and Iron Horse Blvd, Simsbury (Behind the Bank of America drive-up ATM).

What is this?: Off-road, night-time mountain bike/cyclocross ride. Mix of rail trail, dirt roads and singletrack trails throughout the Farmington Valley. Keep your road bikes at home.

What should I bring?: Handlebar or helmet light (or both), rear strobe light, bike clothing appropriate for the weather (it can get cold after sunset). Bring a change of clothes for a post-ride beer, as well as extra money to buy a beer for the swell ride leaders.

Route: Classified.

This week's weather: It will be cold; temps close to freezing.

"Winter Pace" will be strictly enforced.

Hmmm. The coke bottle in the bottle cage is upside down. Maybe it fit better that way?

You're all idiots. It's clearly a prototype plasticized carbonic propulsion device. It'll be the biggest technological breakthrough since the bike bell.
