Eastern Bloc Cycling Club

I’ve decided to move the weekend ride to Sunday. We’ll start from the Stop & Shop parking lot on RT 44 just before the intersection with RT 7 @ 10:00 am. Sunday looks to be both warmer and have less wind. I hope I’m right. The route will be from the Stop & Shop to Umpachene Falls then up by Mill River where we climb the hill over to Great Barrington for lunch at Bazillion (mile 20). Then we wander back through Sheffield and Bartholomews Cobble and Sand Hill Rd to N. Canaan. Total distance is 39 miles and 1700’ of climbing. It is essentially flat after lunch.
