***Sunday 9/7*** <---new date
Hoping that the weather on Saturday holds out, I'm planning a 65 mile bike ride followed by a six mile run, if anyone would like to join me for the ride.
$&%#! yes
If Saturday turns out to be bad weather than Sunday? Sunday looks like a gem of a day but I can make Saturday. Maybe a dip in the pool and a cold brew at my house after?
Also, what time?

when do you plan to start?
Since I can't ride tomorrow, Saturday sounds good. A "dip" and a cold one sounds even better! Weather for Saturday is no where near as good as Sunday though.
I was thinking about a 9 am start. Let's plan on Saturday, but if the weather is lousy, we'll ride on Sunday instead.
Not that it should sway the decision, but 99% chance I'd be in for this on Sunday, Saturday is just no good for me and I can't make Friday [again]
Sounds good. I'll substitute my zombie run/walk. Due to no life I should be good for either day.
Saturday: THUNDERSTORMS, High: 87 warm and humid. Sunday: High 78, less humid.
I'm very concerned that you will be struck by lightning and/or dehydrated to an unhealthy state if you ride and run on Saturday.
Sunday looks perfect for everything.
(Oh,I can't ride on Saturday, great route, would love to do it on Sunday.)
Okay, okay, we'll ride on Sunday. 9 am. (If anyone can do so, can you change the title of this post to "Sunday 9/7"?)
where does this ride start from ?
Mountain Park on West Mountain Rd. in Simsbury, where the SP rides meet on Monday nights.

FYI, no rain at all Saturday, at least until 3 pm. But really humid and warm.
Great rides this weekend Greg. Thanks Jim for having the likes of us over. It was a great cool down.
