Saturday 1/31 indoor ride at CrossFit Legitimus
This Saturday I'll be opening up CrossFit Legitimus on Dowd Ave in Canton. at 12:30 for a group indoor ride session. If you want to bring your bike down and indoor trainer here is a chance to ride and enjoy a group atmosphere. Cost if Free to all EBCC members. Ride will be around an hour or little more. Please bring a towel or a mat to put your bike on.
