This coming weekend I’m riding from the Canaan RR Station on Rt 44 to Sharon and then back through Millerton & Salisbury: 43 miles and 2100’ of climbing, a little less than this past Sat. We will have short sections of excellent dirt roads, but that’s never slowed us down before! We’ll leave Canaan @ 10:00. Lunch will be in Millerton then ride back. This will be a Sat ride so I can volunteer Sunday at Benidorm for their sale There are no facilities at the site (the diner doesn't allow non-customers to use theirs). There IS a McDonalds on RT 44 1/2 mi east of the RR station so plan ahead! Bring at least 2 water bottles and some energy food. https://ridewithgps.com/routes/20405201
