The ride is 36 miles with 1400’ of climbing and about 9 miles of rail trail from Amenia to Millerton where we’ll plan on lunch. We’ll start from behind the grocery store (La Bonne’s Market) in Salisbury on Academy Street @ 10:00 am. We’ll have some climbing and a very short section of dirt road, but the road is good and the climbing doesn’t exceed 4%. Those with bad knees needn’t worry. Average speed will be 12 - 15 mph a "C" ride pace. This is a good middle distance ride for spring to get us ready for longer jaunts as the season progresses. Let me know. D
