Nancy (et al.) Saturday is not looking good. I’m looking at Friday as a good day for a ride. I’d like to ride from Salisbury over to Hillsdale and back through Millerton. It’s about 43 miles and not too much climbing (2,000’). The temps are supposed to be in the middle 50’s with sun so should be good. I want to check out the new RT just west of Hillsdale before we head back toward Copake Falls. Lunch will be either in Hillsdale or Copake Falls. The route has only one short section of dirt road, the rest is pavement. It even has 3.5 miles of RT! I’m leaving Salisbury @9:30. Park away from the grocery store on Academy St. Bring water and clothes you can shed or put on as the ride progresses. Use wooly socks! Might be a good day to play hooky.
