RFTCC-Wingbiter Friday 9/2
6 pm start time, as always, from New Hartford center. I am still on the disabled list with a partial tear of my left rotator cuff, but hope to return to cycling soon. I will join you afterwards for refreshments. Bring headlight and a rear blinkie. Here's a suggested route.
I will be there to lead this crew. Expect a few hills like always. I have a couple of route in mind and will post one tomorrow.

Tonight's ride has one big hill with a couple of small ones. (Greg would of made us go up Goose Green) 29 miles with 1900 ft of elevation gain.
