RFTCC-Wingbiter Friday 3/11

6 pm from New Hartford center: this 22-miler.

On Sunday, the second Vermont Gran Fondo long training ride will take place: this longer ride. Tentatively, I am planning the following distances for Sunday rides:

week 1 - 28 miles (done)

week 2 - 40 mi. (this coming Sunday, 3/13)

week 3 - 50 mi.

week 4 - 57 mi.

week 5 - 60 mi.

week 6 - 40 mi. (catch your breath and consolidate your gains)

week 7 - 65 mi.

week 8 - 70 mi.

week 9 - 75 mi.

week 10- 50 mi. (easier week)

week 11 - 75 mi.

week 12 - 80 mi.

week 13 - 65 mi.

week 14 - VT Gran Fondo 105 mi.

This thread is getting a little weird, but anyways Greg your ride for tomorrow night looks good. Training plan looks great. I will be a maybe this week. I will be riding with Brent on Saturday.

We may all be riding with Brent on Saturday. A few people have already expressed a preference for riding with Brent on Saturday before the EBCC spring meeting, as opposed to a Sunday ride.

Greg, You should do both Sat and the Sun shop ride. The weather is going to be really nice.

Plus I hear there will be special appearance on Sunday.
