Monday C ride
It is going to be hot. Hydrate ! before and during the ride. We will be keeping it rather flat and not too fast. Should we do ice cream?
I'm with Bruce. It will be hot, but temps by 8:00 will be in the mid 80's so we should be OK. I'll plan on a C-, slow, shady ride, just enough to get our legs loose. Ice cream @ Tull Meadow when we get back
I like Don’s idea to get ice cream at Tull Meadow when we get back.

Having already sweltered in the heat from 12:30 - 4:30 today I can't wait for a nice "refreshing" ride. Only question : why not ice cream in Granby AND Tulmeadow?
