Monday C ride
Looks like the weather should cooperate, at least a lower chance of thunderstorms. It will be hot, please hydrate before the ride, and bring lots of fluids. We'll be looking at an earlier sunset, so a bit shorter than last week.
Just wanted to say "Thanks" to Dr. Bruce and Dr. Greg for coaching me/us up Barndoor Hill hill! I really enjoyed the ride and felt encouraged to make it up that hill!
