Folks,

Betsy and I are planning a bicycling trip to France from 7-14-18 to 7-21-18. Lots of riding (Alpe d' Huez, Galibier, etc, etc, etc.). Watch the Tour De France as they climb up Alpe d' Huez on 7-19 and watch the race start in Bourg d Oisans on 7-20. We have tentatively reserved a very nice cottage (4 bedrooms + a loft, 2 baths) on the outskirts of Bourg d'Oisans (2 km from town). As you know, the area is completely sold out, we were lucky to find this one. Rent would be $239 per person ($34.50 per night) based on 9 people going. For those that don't want to bring their bikes, very nice bike rentals available in Bourg D' Oisans. Familes, kids welcome. (There are lots of things for non-riders to do).
