6/12 Tuesday B Ride (perhaps 2 groups)
We will get to enjoy the new and smooth pavement of Woodchuck and North Mtn. Roads as we head towards the roads of Burlington.
If you have a chance, take a look at the loop. For some, the roads may be familiar, yet for others, they may be completely new. As we get to Collinsville, we will head out the back side and make our way to climb up Punch Brook Road into Burlington. From there, we will cross Rt. 4 and meander the back roads in Burlington and have a fun descent down Southeast Rd. to bring us to Rt 202. Instead of descending down 202, we'll cross over the Nepaug Reservoir Damn, descend down Town Bridge and find our way back to West Simsbury by climbing back up East Hill, crossing over onto Bahre Corner, back up Gracey and finishing with a smooooth descent down Woodchuck.
If anyone else is familiar with this loop and would like to lead a second group (if the group is large), please let me know. I'll see you for a 6PM departure.
