Soft Pace Rides (SP) - Specially designated rides for new
cyclists, people developing fitness and bike handling
skills, and others who wish to ride at a slower pace. These
rides will be ridden at a pace that keeps all riders
together; no one gets dropped. Riders will need a hybrid
bike or a road bike, tool bag, and appropriate food and
water for this ride. The pace is generally 12-15 mph with
a mixture of flat roads and some climbs. The length of the
ride will average 1 to 2 hours.
